Patch Testing Information Your safety and comfort are always my top priority. Before any lash or beauty treatment, a patch test is required to ensure your skin and body respond safely to the products used. Patch testing is required for all lash extensions, lash and brow tinting, and lash lifting services. When attending your patch test, please make me aware of any existing medical conditions, if you’re currently taking medication for ongoing health issues, or have recently finished any medication or treatment within the last 6 months. This includes treatments such as chemotherapy, eye treatments, or any recent surgeries. In some cases, this information may mean that additional patch testing or medical consent is needed before your treatment can safely go ahead. A full consultation will always be carried out at your appointment, but sharing this information in advance helps make sure everything is perfectly safe and suitable for you. Your wellbeing comes first — and this process helps ensure every treatment is both relaxing and risk-free.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with these terms: Client Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to review and follow the policies below. These are in place to protect your time, our schedule, and the quality of service provided. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE BOOKED FOR THE CORRECT SERVICE AND YOU ARE PATCH TESTED 48 HOURS PRIOR. Cancellation Policy *Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. *Short Notice Cancellation (Less than 24 hours):50% of the appointment fee will be charged. *Outstanding Fees: Any cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. 🛑 All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless cancelled with ample notice. Booking Policy Please ensure you select the correct service when booking. ➤ Each service has a detailed description — please read thoroughly. A patch test is required prior to your appointment where applicable. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking future appointments in advance, especially if you require regular time slots. Arrival Policy *Arrive on time for your appointment. *Please do not arrive too early — I may be with another client. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car and send a message to 07800 521947 to let me know you’re here. ➤ If I am ready, I’ll invite you in. *On arrival, ring the doorbell once and wait. ➤ If there is no response within 5 minutes, please message me. Late Arrival Policy *If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible. *If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be: Shortened, depending on the service, or *Rescheduled, if there is not enough time to complete the service. In either case, charges may still apply, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Parking Information *Driveway use is welcome — available from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. *After 2:30 PM, please park on the gravel area to ensure the driveway remains accessible for others.
