Cancellation Policy

Millie's Nails and Beauty Terms and Conditions Welcome to Millie's Nails and Beauty! Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with these terms. 1. Booking and Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 2. Payment Policy Full payment is required for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. A 50% payment is required for cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Remaining balances are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or additional charges as outlined in our payment policy. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a reduced service time or cancellation, with the deposit being forfeited. 5. No-Shows No-shows will result in the full amount of the service being charged. 6. Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. 7. Amendments Millie's Nails and Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website and in the salon.
