By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with these terms: Client Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to review and follow the policies below. These are in place to protect your time, our schedule, and the quality of service provided. Cancellation Policy *Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. *Short Notice Cancellation (Less than 24 hours):50% of the appointment fee will be charged. *Outstanding Fees: Any cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. 🛑 All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless cancelled with ample notice. Booking Policy Please ensure you select the correct service when booking. ➤ Each service has a detailed description — please read thoroughly. A patch test is required prior to your appointment where applicable. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking future appointments in advance, especially if you require regular time slots. Arrival Policy *Arrive on time for your appointment. *Please do not arrive too early — I may be with another client. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car and send a message to 07800 521947 to let me know you’re here. ➤ If I am ready, I’ll invite you in. *On arrival, ring the doorbell once and wait. ➤ If there is no response within 5 minutes, please message me. Late Arrival Policy *If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible. *If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be: Shortened, depending on the service, or *Rescheduled, if there is not enough time to complete the service. In either case, charges may still apply, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Parking Information *Driveway use is welcome — available from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. *After 2:30 PM, please park on the gravel area to ensure the driveway remains accessible for others.
